Mrs. Duvenage
My name is Deidre Duvenage and I am from South Africa. This is my second year at Baucom, I am currently looping with my Safari Kids. I have 19 years of teaching experience in 4 different countries, which include the UK, USA, South Korea and my native South Africa. I also played travel agent for a year when I took a break from teaching. I am here with my husband Gert, our 9 year old daughter Myra and our 7 year old son Stephan. Our family loves to travel and while we are here we are going to try and experience as much of the US as we can! Some of my favorite things are York chocolates, painting, pedicures, Starbucks white chocolate mochas and anything crafty. I am looking forward to our year in 1st Grade! |
Mrs. Groseclose
Hi! I'm Mrs. Groseclose. As a James Madison University graduate, I love all things purple and gold. I am a Richmond Virginia native but have thoroughly enjoyed living in North Carolina with my husband that is stationed at Fort Bragg. I love music, dancing, and most importantly, reading! I am excited to spend time instilling a love for learning and reading in your student this year. I aim to create a classroom atmosphere that feels like a safe and trustworthy place to learn. I look forward to this parent-teacher-student relationship that will most certainly help your student become their best self as a learner and citizen of the Apex community! |
